ASP.NET 2.0 is required – ASP.NET 2.0 is not enabled

To register ASP.NET:
1. In a command prompt, change directory to %WINDIR%\Microsoft.net\framework\V2.0.50727
2. Type “aspnet_regiis.exe -i -enable” to re-register ASP.NET 2.0
