If you want to erase all logged data, input processing and configuration from the local Emoncms on the emonPi, run the ‘factoryreset’ script in the emonpi directory:
$ rpi-rw
$ cd emonpi
$ sudo ./factoryreset
$ rpi-ro

Wednesday, April 16th, 2008Hvis du har glemt din adgangskoden til din enhed er den eneste mulighed at nulstille enheden helt. Dvs. du mister al konfiguration i enhenden. Når du har nulstillet enheden vil adgangskoden være sat til fabriksstandard, som er ‘1234’.
- Brug en kuglepen eller en anden spids genstand og hold RESET knappen inde i 5-10 sekunder og slip den derefter.
- Hvis LAN lampen blinker inden for 30 sekunder, er fabriks indstillingerne blevet gendannet og produktet genstarter. Hvis dette ikke sker, så fortsæt til trin 3.
- Sluk for produktet.
- Hold RESET knappen inde mens produktet tændes.
- Bliv ved med at holde RESET knappen inde i omkring 30 sekunder. Produktet genstarter.
- Slip knappen og vent til produktet er færdig med at genstarte.
Når du nulstiller din enhed vil adgangskoden blive sat til fabriksstandard som er ‘1234’.
Modeller uden reset knap kan nulstilles ved at uploade en standard konfigurationsfil (og evt. firmware). Vejledning til af upload af konfiguration/firmware er beskrevet her.

Using the MODE Button
Follow these steps to delete the current configuration and return all access point settings to the factory defaults using the MODE button:
Step 1 
Disconnect power (the power jack for external power or the Ethernet cable for in-line power) from the access point.
Step 2 Press and hold the MODE button while you reconnect power to the access point.
Step 3 Hold the MODE button until the Status LED turns amber (approximately 2 to 3 seconds), and release the button.
Step 4 After the access point reboots, you must reconfigure the access point by using the Web browser interface, the Telnet interface, or Cisco IOS commands.
Note The access point is configured with the factory default values including the IP address (set to receive an IP address using DHCP).
